About Department

The promulgation of Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948(ESI Act), by the Parliament. Social security provision made in the Act to counterbalance or negate the resulting physical or financial distress in such contingencies, are thus, aimed at upholding human dignity in times of crises through protection from deprivation, destitution and social degradation while enabling the society the retention and continuity of a socially useful and productive manpower.

Skill & Expertise

Business Analyst will have following kind of expertise

Domain expertise such as Operational function and processes, Organization structure, Strategic Planning and vision, Key performance Indicators.

Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts such as service design, architecture principles, solution modeling and benefit analysis

IT Skills such as Data and storage management, programming languages, system and network management, IT security, etc

Good understanding of software engineering methodologies, Service Oriented architecture, usability and web-based services.

Generic Skills (Teamwork, Inter-personal, Oral and written communication, Logical Analysis)

Coordination Skills

Essential Criteria

B.E / B.Tech / MCA/

Desirable Criteria

Post Graduation: M.Tech/MBA

6 plus years of experience in business consulting (preferably in health and insurance sector)

Experience of working with a government set up is desirable

Additional relevant certificate or training are desirable
