- Experience in Banking Domain as business analyst in managing core business processes in retail banking & private banking.
- Skilled in managing processes in core banking platforms
- Strong experience in managing processes in various CRM platforms i.e. Salesforce, Hub Front End, MSDynamics.
- Hands-on experience in managing end to end lending projects across tier1 and tier2 UK banks.
- Strong experience in managing regulatory projects AML & Credit Risk.
- Strong experience in managing UK Banking Regulatory projects i.e. GDPR, PARS, PSD2, Categorization.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and CXO level engagement and negotiations.
- Well conversant with both development methodologies i.e. Waterfall & Agile.
- Multi-years of experience working in offshore-onshore delivery model and managing team dynamics.
