Business Application Analyst – INFOR LN
JOB PURPOSE: Infor LN ERP Finance module end users support
Assist and Troubleshoot problems if necessary to ensure smooth flow of daily activities.
Perform 1st level end user support and escalate to 2nd level if unresolved
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
End user support
- Ensure Key and End users at all sites receive assistance, training and support needed to perform the activities on the system.
- Respond to end user complaints issues and cases, guide the users for the correct procedure, adjust or fix any corrupted transactions or data
Booking cases with external support
- Escalation of unresolved cases to external application support and do the necessary follow up to obtain the proper solution
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION
- Internal: Corporate IT & Business System Unit
- External: IT Vendors; External Application Support
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Info-communications or Engineering
Preferred Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Experience in Infor LN ERP – Finance module end users support
