Job Description

Quality Assurance Lead Analyst with knowledge in Quality systems ISO 9001: 2015, AS9100 D, ISO 27001 and Project Management. Should be internal auditor certified for the Quality standards with experience in auditing practices. Should be able to drive business excellence and process improvement initiatives. Able to perform business Critical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Solving, Process Mapping, VSM & implement Kaizens. Review and assess supplier processes, supplier audits, identify quality issues, maintain documentation and reports

Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances followed by effectiveness

Monitor and report defined metrics at stipulated frequency

Train delivery teams on QMS, other standard requirements as required

Contribute for continual improvement activities

Developing procedures, guidelines, etc. Co-ordination & preparation of operations reviews/MRM. Six Sigma Green Belt certified. EMS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) will be added advantage.
