Job Location: Pune
Job Role-
Deliver high impact analytics projects ranging from finding insights, developing & deploying machine learning/deep learning models, behavioral segments, event triggers for xsell to support marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition, retention, enhance customer experience
Work jointly with business and campaign teams to identify and understand business problem, generate hypothesis to solve the problem and run statistical analysis to validate the same.
Discuss analytical approach and explain the solution which has been developed.
Ensuring all new analytical solutions are utilized
Seek feedback from campaigns and business which can be plugged back to the analytical solution. Monitoring performance of predictive scorecards, analytical solutions, and ensuring the performance is as per the internal benchmarks through regular enhancements of the solutions
He/ She should be comfortable working with heavy datasets and should have an analytical bent of mind
Adhere to documented process and compliance requirements
Network with other data scientists to be exposed to technological/process changes in the field. Interact with internal and external technology stakeholders for analytical business delivery
Job Requirements –
Proficient with Python, R, SQL, SAS, other equivalent analytical tools. Sound knowledge of predictive modeling, customer segmentation using statistical methods, comfortable with AWS/Azure/any cloud computing platform
At least 3 years of experience with analytics related roles, Knowledge of Athena/Quicksight/Sagemaker is a plus
Should have an active interest in Banking/Finance domain
Motivated and determined candidate with a zeal to handle responsibilities and take initiatives
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Education: Graduation, Post graduation in highly quantitative discipline: Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc
Personality traits
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, and statistics
Highly logical individuals with appreciation of emerging analytical and marketing technologies
Strong communication skills to effective interaction with business stakeholders
