Role : Delivery Excellence and Engineering Coach – (Associate Director / Director level).
Job Requirements :
– 15 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics. I’m also ok for someone who can come in as a Consultant as well
– Strong Delivery and Program Management experience. Someone who has deep experience and an expert in Delivery Processes for Data and Analytics.
– Very good Agile / Scaled Agile execution experience.- Having good experience in executing large Data Lake or Data Migration projects working with clients in the US primarily
– Someone has deep delivery experience but wants to do a Coach / Enabler kind of role.
– Good exposure to Cloud Data (AWS, Azure), Big Data, Cloud Migration
– Strong in Delivery Process, Project Management practices, Program management
– Good background in estimation, project reviews, metrics and quantitative management
– Excellent communication, self-starter and someone who can thrive in our Culture
Responsibilities :
– Define and drive a differentiated Delivery Model for Data Engineering and Analytics
– Institutionalize methodology, processes, standards and drive consistent implementation across practice
– Setup standardized project and program management practices across the practice.
– Drive Delivery Governance processes and drive a culture of Quantitative governance
– Drive Automation and driving efficiency across the practice
– Continuously look at new ways of doing things
– Drive better Customer Satisfaction scores
Additional Information :
– Interview Process- 2 -3 rounds with the Leadership team
– Notice Period- 30 days ideally
– People management is required
– Exp into managing and delivering large programs into Big Data & Cloud (AWS, Azure) area.
