Roles and Responsibilities
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements
Responsible for Re-writing Business Process documents
Identify Business Process Improvement Opportunities
Responsible for Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Responsible for creating Processes models
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of associated work experience
Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio or any other modelling tools
Oral and written communication skills
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
