Responsibilities :
– Keep management updated : Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
– Impact the bottom line : Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis andor keen observations
– Strengthen relationships : Establish and maintain communication with clients andor team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
– Take the lead : Work on the standard code sets for health information exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval.

To succeed in this position, you must :
Qualifications :
– Having US healthcare knowledge is mandatory
– Should have experience in understanding of client business model
– Should have the knowledge of Use Case Model, Use Cases
– Good Understanding of overall healthcare market and business flows
– Should have expertise in understanding client requirement and documenting it
– Strong understanding of technologies and business process used in Payor business
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must.

– Education : Any Graduate, Post Graduate
– Experience : Minimum 3+ years
– Pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
– Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
