Summary/Objective:
House of Spices (India) is seeking a builder who can bring deep SQL competency, knowledge of data design and warehousing best practices, and ability to deliver through talented direct reports. In this high visibility role, you will manage our source of truth data store and metrics. You will be responsible for leading ETL design and implementation.
Roles & Responsibilites:
1. Lead projects involving Power BI implementation, Business Intelligence strategy and Power BI Administration
2. Design, architect, implement and support simple to complex enterprise data warehouses using Microsoft SQL on-premises or Azure cloud technologies
3. Spearheads development of logical and physical data models, and ETL development, as needed
4. Build sophisticated reports, dashboards, scorecards and tabular data models for dynamics Power BI dashboards
5. Lead report building, data engineering and data transformation workstreams for large projects
6. Execute the day-to-day activities of Microsoft PowerBI and Azure advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
7. Review reporting requirements and design Power BI and Azure driven reporting solutions
8. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and leadership
