We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to join a team of Engineers, Doctors and Marketing experts at Fourth Frontier (www.fourthfrontier.com). We have developed a unique wearable device and have customers across the US, UK and EU. We are now looking to scale up production and add new features for the end-User.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a highly scalable and secure cloud-based (AWS) system for collecting health data and performing analytics.
- Write scripts to analyze health data for Users and provide insights to end users and Doctors
- Write efficient code with complete test cases and deploy on the cloud platform
- Document software and features for internal and external engineering teams
- Collaborate with other groups (QC/testing, algorithm developers, etc.)
Requirements:
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent) – solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
- 3-8 years of experience with developing highly scalable distributed systems with complete understanding and experience of front end and back end technology stack
- Strong experience in AWS, and using AWS tools such as EC2 instances, S3 Buckets, Lamda functions, etc
- Experience with Laravel framework for Web Development
- Good experience with structured databases – e.g. SQL (MySQL, SQLite)
- Good foundation on cloud concepts, cloud computing service models
- Experience with web technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs
- Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming
- Aptitude for system design and ability to write clean, readable, portable, and reliable code
- Programming in Python
- Experience in deploying and supporting large scale cloud environment
- Experience in using CNNs/ANNs
- Exp in analysis of ECG signals
