Job Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

Database Analysts organize and make sense of collections of information in order to create functional database systems. They evaluate, design, review, and implement databases. They are also hired to maintain and update existing databases to better serve the needs of businesses.

Primary Responsibilities

Database Management

Database Analysts must be able to gather pertinent information and organize it in a logical and functional manner. They will consult with management or administrators to determine what data needs to be included in the database system and will then find the best ways to organize and store this information. They will often create flowcharts and diagrams during this stage of data construction to illustrate how the data will be sorted and stored.

• Keeping data updated into CRM system.
• Filter and clean data
• Develop and implement database, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Adding Customer data on CMS

Reports and Analysis

• Import and export report from the system in Salesforce.
• Customize or create the tabs on salesforce.
• Analysis, charts, and graph interpretations

Secondary Research

• Proficiency in researching for relevant information from various sources.
• Acquire data from secondary sources and maintain in systems.

Prerequisites & Education

• The incumbent should preferably have a Master in Statistics/ Mathematics
• Must have knowledge in Advanced excel, Salesforce,
• Should have knowledge of CMS, Mailchimp, Power point, Microsoft office
• Ability to work in a team and Hardworking.
• Work methodically and meet deadlines. Have Good Organizational and Time Management Skills
