Job Summary  :

Insightful near real time data analysis is key to clients continuing to provide industry leading service to our rapidly expanding global customer base .

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Development and evolution of automated Dashboards and reports 
• Operations performance (including turnaround time, quality metrics, volumes, productivity measures) 
• Volumes processed by service (segmentation by customer, issue type, product type, market, region) 
• Forecasting of volumes and segmentation 
• Spotting and analyzing trends, providing insights 
• Instilling the discipline of numbers and data driven decision making/assessment across GPS Operations and other teams 
• Impact analysis (in terms of potential platform changes, incidents, maintenance windows) .

Skills, Ability and Experience  :-

Essential

• Strong track record in a Data Analysis, MIS or Reporting role with expertise in data analysis tools 
• Adept at reading deep into the data, investigating and sharing insights with the appropriate audience 
• Ability to present data accurately in an illustrative, user-friendly manner to a variety of audiences 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.  
• A methodical approach with keen attention to detail 
• Ability to multi-task and priorities workload with strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work. 
• Ability to deal with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of seniority 
• Have a genuine passion for technology 

Desirable

• Experience with the following: 
• JIRA Service Management/Confluence 
• SQL 
• Experience of working in a high-octane environment where customer service is time critical has a direct effect on the bottom line
