Skills Required
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and share with the technical team.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience, able to use tools such as Excel to analyse large volumes of data to find correlations, variations and anomalies.
- Evidence of experience in detailed systems and data flow analysis resulting in technical changes
- Ability to support the product owner to ensure that their priorities and needs are met.
- Exhibit good leadership with a pro-active approach, taking ownership of one owns work and recognizing and managing dependencies others have ones own work, clearly escalating when risks or issues arise.
- Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to articulate complex topics in a concise and articulate manner
- Experience of agile and scrum methodologies within a software development environment.
- Experience of writing user stories containing clearly articulated needs, features and acceptance tests.
- SQL and database experience
- JIRA or an equivalent issue tracking tool
- Ideally both of the below, but at least one of:
- Experience in banking and MIFID regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of OTC and/or listed and cash products
