NLP Scientist

What you’ll be doing?

In this role, you’ll

• Research & prototype new unsupervised algorithms using combination of NLP & ML
• Implement the production version of prototype for relevant domains
• Perform in depth analysis of failure points of algorithm on different environments
• Improve precision & recall by using data generated by human agents at the failure point of current algorithm
• Scale all the models for multiple domains

What we seek in you:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong business/ product thinking
• 4+ years of relevant experience applying NLP, ML, text-mining, social network analysis, information retrieval, information extraction, AI, deep learning, and Machine translation.
• Proficient with at least one Programming Languages like Python, Java, and C++
• Strong in making sense of unstructured data and must be hands-on with Regex
• Experienced in using tools like Stanford CoreNLP, Gensim, NLTK, and other NLP related libraries
• Speech recognition, topic modelling, machine translation, natural language understanding, parsing, question answering, etc
• Rich experience in Automated Chat, Chatbots, Online Messaging, Bots, Conversational Interface products
• Develop framework to capture complex dialogues and imagining conversational interfaces for various apps.
• Expose experience in different messaging (Skype, Fb Messenger etc.) and speech platforms (Siri,
• Cortana, Amazon Echo etc
• Expertise in text mining (probabilistic topic model, word association mining, ontology learning, opinion mining and sentiment analysis, semantic similarity, etc.)
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL & graph Database
• Relevant publications in reputed conferences
• Sense of responsibility & ownership of given tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter willing to learn things on the fly
