Title: Senior Engineer, Data Analytics

About Healthcare Intelligence Healthcare Intelligence is the pillar that focuses on creating intelligent data products within Providence and provides unique opportunities in Data Engineering, Operations, Data Science, BI Reporting and Data Analytics on cloud stack. We are a group of data professionals who work towards enabling decisions that improve patient and caregiver experience.

About the role: A Data Analytics Engineer/ BI Developer in the Data Analytics capability of Healthcare Intelligence team, analyzes & profiles large amount of raw data to derive and present Business Insights for better decision making. They would provide best in class reports and services to end users by modeling data and creating insightful visualizations.

Skills & Competencies

5+ years’ experience working on Business Intelligence solutions.
Has a strong passion for data and for building insightful reports and exploring large relational datasets.
Seeks to create strong partnerships within Providence India and across Providence with other Data / Solution Architects and contributes to the enterprise data models.
Conceptual understanding of relational, NoSQL databases, indexing, partitioning and parallel data processing
Ability to write SQL/R/ Python scripts or any other scripting language to retrieve data
Ability to build reports using PowerBI, Tableau or any other reporting tool
Experience in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) experience.
Experience in highly Scalable Data systems like Apache Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Cube Development, distributed data architecture would be a plus.
Experience in Healthcare domain would be a plus
