Data Ingestion Team (Data Engineering)
Consultant/Ass Consultant
Role:
- Build the data infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
- Ingest data into Data Lake upto consumption layer for data analytics
- Construct & automate data pipelines to integrate data from disparate data sources
- Setup & Manage Datamart that meets specific functional business requirements to quickly connect & utilize the data readily
- Daily verifications/updates and cleansing to incorporate master data changes
- Create Monitoring System to ensure the data quality and anomaly detection
- Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Ensure best stand practices followed in data handling
Skill & Experience
- Advance SQL Knowledge and experience with relational SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with Azure Cloud services & DataLake
- Experience in Python, R & Git, Databricks capabilities
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Practical experience with ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
- Experience working in a cloud environment – AWS, Azure
