As a member of the developer Technical Support team, you will leverage advanced technical expertise to resolve complex platform related issues. As a Dev expert, you will enable customer success by helping partners overcome technical challenges. You will be required to provide hands-on troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance to the internal Technical Support team.

Recommended to have strong hands on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools along with broad exposure in:
New techniques in Data Warehousing and Data Integration technology
Data architecture in a cloud environment with Azure
Strong communication skills, including email and over the phone, to address client queries, is required.
Experience in MongoDB, Neo4j and/or NoSQL environments a plus.
Strong background and solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and languages.
2+ years building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP.
2+ years writing and debugging SQL
1+ year writing and debugging Javascript
Knowledge of browser compatibility issues.
Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.
Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelors of Science or Masters in Computer Science or related field along with 3-7 years of overall IT experience.
3+ years in a direct role as a Developer / Designer / Architect for ETL, Reporting and/or EDW systems. (e.g. SSIS, Talend, Alteryx, Informatica, Azure Data Factory). 2+ Years Java experience.
Willingness to work in shifts depending on the geography of the project.
