Roles and Responsibilities
1) Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
2) Contact companies and agencies who can provide useful financial data
3) Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for organizational use
4) Research analysts examine and validate the accuracy of the data to ensure that it produces meaningful information.
5) compiling information drawn from the data to help managers see the business value.
6) Identifying opportunities to help organizations operate more efficiently and lower costs.
7) Analyzing past operations’ results and performing variance analyses.
8) Identifying and analyzing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.
9) Using data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making of the business.
10) Organizing and storing data for future research projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field. FRESH GRADUATES CAN ALSO APPLY.
2) Experience in applied research or data management may be advantageous.
3) Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modelling skills.
4) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
5) Familiarity with data modelling software and Excel software.
6) Good with numbers, high attention to detail
