Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru( Lalbagh Road )
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To setup the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team for IIFL Samasta Finance Ltd,
2. Build decision management systems, Automated dashboards and scorecards to enable decision making for various stakeholders.,
3. To Manage data warehouse and efficacy of vendor/consultant.
4. Data integration and engineering with various IT platforms and data warehouse.
5. Analyse business/ customer data to draw insights and develop the data models for business forecast, portfolio optimization, credit risk, attrition model, customer retention model and financial model & share the insight about business by using machine learning algorithms.
6. Responsible for data model development, validation, Testing and reiteration on a set frequency of various designed models.
7. Analyse the data and provide insights on performance of various products lines loan portfolio and customer behaviour
8. Responsible for Data policies, Governance and Data Security
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Hands on experience in business intelligent tools Tableau, Power BI, Qlik view, Data science R, Python and SQL server.
- Sector preference – Banking/Financial Services / BFSI
