Who are we looking for
- 3-8 years of professional analytical and problem solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Experience working with connected systems Salesforce, NetSuite ERP and having the ability to understand how systems integrate with one another.
- Experience with SaaS and understanding how a SaaS recurring revenue business works.
- Experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, MIcrosoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, GMail, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Google and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation and business intelligence skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirements to multitask and be goal oriented.
- Ability to learn quickly, being open to change and having the willingness to take constructive feedback from management.
- Passionate, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who is confident in working independently and tactfully.
What would you do, if hired
- Process Sales Orders and Renewals and support our sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
- Respond to inquiries from the field (Salesforce Cases) and ensure their issues are addressed on a timely matter.
- License consumer entitlements and communicate its completion effectively.
- Perform audits to uphold data integrity in systems.
- Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
- Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.
- Ad-hoc metric reporting as needed.
