Notice period: 30 days or less joiners
Location: Permant Work from home (Company based in Gurugram)
MUST Haves: Advance Excel, Python, SQL, VBA , Data analytics and BI Tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI and Tableau.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of large-scale data analysis ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance.
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Conducting data quality checks to ensure insightful information without any errors.
• Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing Startup environment.
• Troubleshoot technical and data issues. Actively monitor and resolve user support issues with defined SLA’s.
• Ensure smooth operations of Data & technical teams.
• Bring in efficiency in data, technical software value chain through automation.
• Status reporting and communication to Leadership.
