LeadSquared is looking for a Data Analyst.
LeadSquared is a leading Sales Execution and Marketing Automation platform used by over 1000 businesses worldwide to automate their New Sales, Renewals/Upsells, and Field Sales processes. Customers control the buying process in the digital economy. Traditional CRM and marketing systems are old schools in serving the needs of high-velocity sales processes. LeadSquared offers a next-generation, AI-enabled automation process engine that helps organizations automate, analyze and optimize their sales and marketing processes.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, AWS Redshift.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams (Sales/Marketing/Tech/Operations, etc.) to solve problems, improve performance, develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner, communicate effectively and efficiently
- Define the data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enable analysis and reporting capabilities for our business development team
- Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics
- Preparing and delivering business reports to the senior management team
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into insightful reports
- Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, business analytics, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics and related fields
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
- Passion for data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
- Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
