We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
You will:
- Project manage BI and Analytics projects related to OTC , Rebates , SCP build global repository to accurately represent QIM portfolio
- Develop BI dashboards and key analysis around QIM portfolio
- Partner with PAG, Operations, senior executives and work with segment managers to deep dive on business performance, and deliver presentations/ assessments of respective areas
- Working with Data science team to build automation solutions and ensure timely delivery of all reports/ ad hoc analysis for the business on a regular basis.
- Share/Present rules to business teams to influence the change. Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to partners.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant work experience over 8-15 years as Business Analyst / Reporting Lead or relevant academic degree
- Expert working knowledge of MSBI , Teradata , SSIS , Tableau, PowerBI, Python.
- String drive for results with ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
- Analytical skills & Problem Solving Ability with excellent understanding of Statistical Concepts & Tools
- Experience / Formal Training in project management techniques / quality management would be an added advantage
