Roles and Responsibilities

Job Overview

The candidate will closely work with multiple units under operations such as Retail Assets, Business Banking, Inclusive Social Banking, Liabilities, Cards, Rural Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate CAD to support and implement high-quality, data driven decision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work on cross- functional projects across all operations units using advanced data and analysis technique to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
2. Creating reports, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
3. Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to all operations stakeholders.
4. Oversee the data/report request process for entire Strategic operations unit.
5. Develop and implement quality controls on data acquiring from units for departmental standards to ensure quality standards and regulatory requirements.
6. A team player who can work with various departments under operations unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. A fair understanding of banking in terms of operational efficiencies.
2. Experience with data visualization tools especially Tableau, raw chart.
3. Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with the stakeholders.
4. Experience with advancedexcel, word and power point.
5. Good communication skills
6. Delivering project outcome
