We’re looking for an MIS – Analyst to join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our finances insightful and instrumental to our continued success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Finance MIS – Prepare medium-term business plans
- annual operating plan
- monthly forecast and budgeting on various aspects of the business
- Prepare and review various costs, collection cost, marketing cost, servicing cost and review important KPIs and conduct profitability analysis for the business
- Conduct extensive revenue analysis on various business parameters, analyze trends and patterns using analytics and prepare action points for the business to improve revenue trends and profitability
- Set up a robust MIS structure for performance monitoring, proactively partner with Business stakeholders on the various KPIs, and take suggest course corrections as necessary
- Effective coordination with Corporate Sales, Corporate Finance, Technology Heads to ensure compliance / alignment with various processes and smooth flow of MIS and reporting Preparation of consolidated financial statements of the company
- Managing statutory audit of the company
- Quarterly reporting to the ultimate holding company
Required Skills

- Knowledge of IND AS
- Conversant with financial applications such as Oracle financials/SAP/ PowerBi
