Job Location: Mumbai
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding and resolving issues related to ERP Implementation with processed data/software effectively and efficiently
2. Providing Training to end-Users. Providing Online/Onsite Support. Would be involved in Project / Program Management.
3. Testing new updates. Preparing onboarding and implementation plan of action.
4. Working on problem diagnosis and trouble-shooting, issues management, handling product upgrades (major as well as a minor).
5. Collecting customer feedback and deriving action items and executing them to customer satisfaction
6. Conducting ERP implementation
7. Observing the gaps and communicating the same to technical teams
8. Consulting and working with the employees on as-is business processes, mapping the process to ERP standards, or suggesting a better process
9. Discussing and collecting the user requirements, prepare requirement definition documents, deriving the scope of delivery
