Job Location: Mumbai
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the clients
2. Ensure all operations happen smoothly
3. Assist in running the campaigns/changing the database for the campaign
4. Handle the coordinating on the content to be updated for the campaign
5. Understand processes & requirements and work on large data sets to perform data analysis & generate periodic reports and dashboards
6. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards/reports to track and update on KPIs, assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
7. Provide data insights to management based on through analyzing data and publishing dashboards & business database
8. Drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROl against key metrics (traffic, lead, conversion)
9. Maintain a status on all MIS projects and proactively communicate with management
10. Perform quality checks for data correctness and execute with fine attention to details
11. Visualize data through Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
12. Coordinate with business teams for data
