Job Location: Gurgaon
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing the ‘to-be’ process workflow maps
2. Writing the SOPs, business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, etc.
3. Helping with the user acceptance test (UAT) of the new IT application system
4. Training the business users in the new SOPs and the new IT application system
5. Handling day-to-day management of client relationships
6. Assisting the senior consultant in formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions for the client
7. Taking the assigned project from the original concept through implementation
