Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
Responsible for developing codes to pull the data, data analysis, reporting based on client requirements.
Assist in data acquisition and data preparation by pulling data from various databases to perform data analysis and assist in data reporting as needed.
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing PowerBI driven dashboards & analytics along with working knowledge of PowerBI administration/architecture
Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
Intake requirement, ability to grasp requirement, assist in data acquisition and data preparation by pulling data from various databases.
Work with Data Engineer to extract data required for the initiative
Visualization – Designs data visualization, data transformation modules, bring data to life visually.
Organize large datasets in such a way that meaningful insights can be extracted. This may include finding innovative ways to integrate datasets
Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure
Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modeling necessary for the visualization purpose
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross functionally to resolve complex matters with innovative solutions
Perform data analysis and assist in data reporting as needed

Minimum qualifications
At least 3+ years of professional experience in reporting/data visualization/ data analytics background in the CPG Domain
Experience in Visualization tools (PowerBI)
Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools
Experience in data preparation, data modeling and BI projects
Solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization
Preferred qualifications
Solid understanding of CPG/FMCG data
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
