Deep understanding of the internals of database querying mechanisms, such as index usage, join algorithms, columnar storage

Experience in writing and optimizing modern SQL

Ability to work on large codebases

Experience in programming in any of these languages like Python, Java, C++ or C# (any of them but not all)

Familiarity with Parquet, distributed query execution, and OLAP engines is a plus

Knowledge of modern data stacks such as graph databases, streaming infrastructure, knowledge graphs is a plus

Experience in programming in a functional language such as Scala is a plus.

Optimize the storage, analysis, and querying of the network data

Build infrastructure to provide interactive query capabilities for threat hunting

Build infrastructure to provide high-throughput query capabilities for machine learning workloads

Help build and augment Awake s Security Knowledge Graph
