Job Profile:

1. Extraction and mining of raw data from the source.
2. Standardization and Consolidation of Multiple MIS reports into single report using Excel formula.
3. Handling and Analyzing large database for various reports.
4. Preparing MIS reports (daily, weekly, & monthly) as per Requirement.
5. Using Data validation techniques in Excel to arrest mistakes in data reporting
6. Prepare pan India reports.
7. Coordination with different department for data file, data correctness.
8. Prepare dashboard Reports for Preparation of PowerPoint PPT as per requirement.
9. Analyzing the data and ability to customize reports.

Key Skills needed:

1. Good Advanced Excel skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of shortcuts in Excel.
3. Standardization and Consolidation of Multiple MIS reports into single report using formula.
4. Data validation techniques in Excel.
5. Data driven, Analytical ability, Problem solving and presentation skills
6. Should be able to understand business objective of preparing reports.
7. Basic knowledge of Graphs & Charts.
8. An eye for detail. Self-driven. Timeline oriented
9. Business oriented
