Job Title/Designation:
We are hiring for MIS/Dialer/RTA/WFM role based out in Chandivali (Andheri) location for one of the leading Travel process.
Requirement:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
Advance Excel mandatory.
Hands on Experience on VBA & Excel Automation.
Experience on designing of Dashboard.
Inbound & Email process knowledge.
Should know about the Inbound metrics calculation
WFM knowledge.
Working:-
6 days one rotational off, work from Office.
