Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data and analytics.
- Experience with global risk projects, compliance programs, and solutions.
- Experience with SQL database queries/analysis and writing code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters of Technology or MBA.
- Experience working in regulatory or compliance operations.
- Experience in business analysis, statistical analysis, and Machine Learning.
- Experience in process/project management with the ability to navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to solve large and unstructured business problems (e.g., fraud investigations and risk management).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts with multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
