Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Power BI Dashboard/Report Developer will define, design, develop, deploy and support reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
- Work with business stakeholders to define and document Power BI Dashboard/Report requirements.
- Perform complex data analysis for an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs.
- Develop and test backend queries using Snowflake/SQL.
- Deploy and support Power BI Dashboard/Report solutions.
- Create technical documentation of dashboard/report logic and processes.
- Define and document specifications for complex dashboard/report .
- Adhere to team operating standards and procedures for such items as source code control, issue tracking, time reporting, etc.
- Contribute to planning and estimating dashboard/report solution components.
- Contribute to development and enforcement of coding standards and streamlining the deployment process to reduce delivery timelines.
Competencies:
- Experience where primary responsibility involves advanced Power BI report design and development.
- Hands on experience with report development (SSRS, Power BI)
- Develop complex Snowflake/SQL queries, views and stored procedures to extract data.
- Good knowledge of DAX, SQL, T-SQL/ANSI.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Preferably SSRS 2016.
- Experience developing various types of reports, including parameterized, ad hoc, drill down, drill through, and sub reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards and scorecards.
- Experience installing, configuring, managing, upgrading, migrating, monitoring and troubleshooting Power BI.
- Use embedded code for custom constants, complex functions or functions that are used multiple times in a single report/dashboard.
- Good to have experience in Talend.

Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate – 15 years of formal education Professional work experience of 4 to 6 years in Microsoft technologies.
