Roles and Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
- Interact with customers to understand their problems with our software and co-ordinate with the internal development team to reslove them
- Maintenance of end-users existing software and development of new software/reports
- Understanding and documentation of business processes/functions assisting in the creation of functional SOPs
Mandatory skill set:
- B.Tech or B.Com
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic tally data entry
Optional skill set:
- Prior experience in an ERP implementation company will come in handy
- Basic coding skills
- Any 1 reporting tool: BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio etc.
