Requirement Gathering
- Understanding the requirements, going through deep analysis, preparing clarification questions, having calls with the client, and finalizing the requirements by having communication with the client
- Create RPF,Wireframes / Prototype for more relevant presentation
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having a thorough understanding of various phases like Requirements analysis, Design, Development and Testing
- Helping in define project scope, goals, track deliverables and monitor and report on project progress
- Getting efforts estimation required to implement the solution from the development team
- To document the business process by finalizing the requirements
