- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience working in a multi-system environment
- Collaborates with business stakeholders and scrum team to define, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing
- Evaluates native functionality from third party/cloud solutions and identifies opportunities to meet business needs
- Ensures the product owner has a robust product backlog for refinement
- Develops trust relationships with business stakeholders
- Solves complex business problems through aligning Salesforce platform capabilities to make recommendations
- Uses analytical tools during interviews and analysis of business needs (5 Whys, Cause and Effect Diagrams, etc.)
- Reviews stories and acceptance criteria with the scrum team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Dev Team) to gain a common understanding and agree on testability
- Documents functional and non-functional specifications
- Identifies data sources and analyses data relevant to processes impacted by the solutions being created
- Assists the scrum team with functional testing as needed
- Collaborates with other Business Analysts to align identified user stories within the organizational roadmap
- Ability to complete complex business process maps and presentations
- Collaborates with the scrum team on the definition of done to ensure the successful development of user stories
