Expert level skills in MS Excel, Macros, MS Word, Power Point, Power BI etc.
- To demonstrate ability and skill in handling financial analysis, Data Interpretation and presentation.
- To ensure timely preparation of various hospital reports/dashboards.
- To ensure department wise revenue, cost reporting & dashboards.
- To assist in roster management for ops team.
- To administer Business Analysis to identify any criticalities.
- To timely provide all MIS/Analysis for weekly/monthly reviews.
- To develop the team capability by upgrading their skill sets.
- To ensure timely and accurate reporting of MIS and assist in budgeting exercise with value proposition.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- To have complete orientation of HIS, CRM and other Hospital systems.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
