DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience is a must.
– 4-8 years of relevant experience.
– Experience and expertise with Python, knowledge of all its libraries and demonstrated working knowledge on actual projects is an absolute must.
– Candidates with experience in BFSI, Retail and Manufacturing.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills – should be able to manage clients and projects independently.
– Skilled at Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Experience on SQL or any other query based language is a plus.
– Strong problem solving skills.
– Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
– Well-organized, capable of handling several projects at a time while meeting deadlines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Lead Banking, Insurance and other Financial Industry projects.
– Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
– Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
– Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
– Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
– Present information using data visualization techniques
– Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
– Interact with clients on a regular basis – need someone very good at verbal and written communication and a person willing to take complete ownership of projects.
