Client Data Conversion Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with Implementation and Deployment Project Managers, including clients to capture and understand client needs & requirements
• Translate customer requirements into configurable solutions
• Capture client data and configure/convert/migrate data
• Testing and validation of conversion to ensure successful completion
• Develop and execute robust end-to-end quality assurance test plans
• Automate and streamline processes to continually reduce end-to-end operating costs
• Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements and legal compliance
• Analyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities and determine solutions to achieve business goals
• Accurate reporting of work effort with project specific details
• Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly completion of plan/forecast of projects

Qualifications

• Analyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities/solutions to achieve goals
• Strong Excel knowledge, with VB script, macro, working on complex scripting
• Creative technical problem solver
• SQL, Access, and other structure database/data knowledge is plus
• BA/BS in Business Administration or Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational processing
