• Design, build, manage, and evolve reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders

• Partner with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance reporting and dashboards

• Offer guidance to stakeholders on how to best leverage our tools

• Serve as a partner in providing business requirements to the IT team

• Maintain efficient quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data

• Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative

• Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, retention, and attrition

• Produce reports and ad hoc requests at regular intervals using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate HR data

• Collect and synthesize large data sets, carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis, and interpret and draw conclusions resulting from the information reviewed

• Leverage and combine EDW data and ad hoc sources for holistic analysis of data sets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics

• Minimum 3 years HR reporting and analytics experience
