Who are we looking for?
We have a requirement for a MIS Analyst and are looking for someone who is currently handling MIS/RTA (Reporting) activities.
Technical Skills:
•Advance knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Power BI, Power Point, MS Word is a must.
•Knowledge of VB and Macros will be an added advantage.
•Must have the knowledge of IT industry standard reporting Tool or Delivery Platform Tool.
Process Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
•Must have the ability to communicate with client and stake holders, MIS will have a direct interaction with our client.
•SLA Reporting and publishing client level reports.
•Prepare various analysis and trending reports.
•Must have the ability to create new reports from scratch as per the requirement and automate them.
•Ability to create Monthly and Weekly Account review deck.
•Must have the knowledge of ITSM tool per industry, as such Service Now.
Behavioral Skills:
•Ability to work with team members with 100% co-ordination.
•Ability to adopt change and shape as per technology along with change in project.
•Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
•Must be willing to work in 24X7 shift. There is no shift preference in this Org at any circumstance and no exception will be considered
