Job Description:
- Relevant Work experience 5 8 Years
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics/Economics/ Computer Science /Statistics or equivalent
- Highly proficient in Python and relevant libraries like numpy, pandas, tensor flow, pyspark, opencv, scikit–learn
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (exploratory data analysis, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, regression, random forest, svm, boosting, cross validation, etc.) – Must.
- Knowledge of a variety of deep learning techniques (regression, classification, CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.) – Must.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets..
- Proficiency in using query languages, such as SQL, Spark, Data Frame API, etc. – an advantage
- Experience with Big Data products like Hadoop, Hive will be a plus
- Good knowledge of Unix
- Excellent PPT and Excel skill
- Excellent communicator, able to explain your work in laymans terms
- Have worked in Agile development
- Certified in Python
Responsibility:
- Work closely with product owners and formulate financial business use cases which can be solved using ML/DL approach
- Create specification of the approach and create approach document
- Brain storm on design and solution approach with team and provide guidance.
- Work with business and assess data availability and data quality
- Define training sets, evaluate models and recommend the best approach for solving the business use cases
- Define relevant performance metrics to evaluate model efficacy that can meet real world scenario.
- Create scalable models which can be leveraged across businesses use cases.
- Build catalogue of common assets, such as code templates, libraries, utilities, etc.
- Conduct regular team meeting and ensure team is on track
- Appraise Client stakeholders of project progress and raise any concerns or risk in advance along with mitigation plan
