This role demands efficiency in workflow processes, a strong sense of urgency, close attention to detail, careful organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task through multiple concurrent media and accounting tasks. Strong written communication is required for frequent communication with our internal departments. This position will provide a foundation for potential growth within our Financial Analytics team.

• Resolve customer reported issues by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions and fulfilling requests.
• To use the Synchronoss web tool and best practice action items to follow up on the missing invoices.
• Request/follow up on missing invoices. The vendors are contacted via phone or email to handle to requests.
• Work cohesively in a team environment to handle daily management of customer requests:
• Tier 2 support for trouble tickets entered by customer.
• Track timeliness for on-going assigned customer projects
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal Synchronoss organizations:
• Interact with internal teams to ensure customer invoices are received, processed, and completed to maintain customer SLAs.
• General Customer Facing Resource – both internally and externally
• Participate in other activities as determined by the process or customer needs.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Basic understanding of telco cost management processes and/or applications.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities .
• Familiarity with TEM software applications
• Working daily in a TEM focused solution a plus
• Excellent customer facing skills.
