1. Project Overview: Add new capabilities to Enterprise Automation Framework. It supports multiple technologies Web, API , Database, Mainframe, Windows.
2. Contractor’s Role: Understand existing tools & technology landscape. Based on requirements onboard new components/libraries to framework. Help Teams adopt Enterprise Automation Framework solutions.
3. Experience Level: Senior + 8
4. Qualifications: [All items necessary to be able to complete this job]
a. Strong hands on experience and programming skills in Java
b. Strong hands on experience in Designing & Developing Automation Frameworks
c. Should have used various open source or licensed tools/libraries(Selenium/RestAssured) for UI, APIs, Database Automation
d. Should have worked on TestNG/BDD Automation framework/approach
5. Nice to Haves: [Skills that would be a plus, but are not mandatory for the role]
a. Experience in DevOps/CI-CD Tools – SCM-Git, CI Server(Any), Maven
b. Microfocus UFT/LeanFT
c. Experience with Cross Browser testing

6. Tasks & responsibilities [Full list of responsibilities contractor will complete]
• Advance product quality via testing innovations and process improvement•
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects & Developers in designing testable applications
• Design & manage technical proof-of-concept and feasibility studies
• Resolve technical issues, anticipate risks and ensure timely management escalation
• Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of automation defects & issues
• Influence and communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences
• Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline
• Develop & extend test automation frameworks for UI, Micro services & API
• Guarantee compliance to automation framework, standards & best practices
• Facilitate automated, on-demand test automation metrics
• Ensure automated tests are run early & often providing quick feedback to the team
• Accelerate test development process by leveraging existing assets, standards & best practices
• Add new functions/methods to the libraries for continuous improvement
