Roles & Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering Information.
- Constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Develop requirement documents like BRS, SRS, FRS, SOW, User Manual, etc.
- Complete understanding and ability to prepare Flow charts, data flow diagrams & BPMN.
- Presentations such as System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes, etc.
- Develops relationships with client personnel that fosters client ties.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Manages client expectations effectively.
- Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.
- Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by us.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical knowledge in the IT domain is a must.
- Has performed BA role in any IT service company on Java, PHP, .Net, WordPress, Drupal, Magento, or iOS/Android mobile apps.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and passion; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; mature and engaging personalities.
- High fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in working in an agile environment will be an added advantage.
- Patient and meticulous in handling client/ prospective client queries.
- Positive attitude and drive to push through for results.
- Multitasking to prioritize tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
