JD:

1. Experience in working on Nucleus FinnOne Neo Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS), preferably in mortgage-related lending products.

2. Prior experience as a Business Analyst with banks, NBFCs or MFIs.

3. Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories.

4. Writing use cases for system testing; experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5. Client/Vendor Management & Cost-Benefit Analysis.

6. MS Excel and Word – Intermediate proficiency.

7. Software Analysis and Design
