• WMS Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Reporting
• Review, analyze and report on the benefit of requested systems requests and extensions.
• Partner with WMS Manager to Identify and recommend WMS system changes in support of new or modified business processes, system improvements, or application corrections.
• Perform design tasks and identify system requirements in support of system changes.
• Perform hands-on configuration tasks to support business and technical changes.
• Develop test plans and coordinate testing activities in support of system changes
• Act as the IT liaison to the Supply Chain Team as it relates to the testing and deployment of system changes
• Assist with development of reporting using WMS s reporting framework Resolve DC & Supply Chain Issues:
• Functioning as the Sr. IT Analyst for the DCs. Partner with business, internal IT, and vendors to quickly resolve production issues.
• Prepare and present root cause analysis and issue elimination strategies. IT Subject Matter Expert for the WMS and its sub-systems:
• Act as internal IT SME regarding the capabilities of WMS and subsystems.
• Identify and analyze WMS interfaces to ensure data accuracy and sufficient system/process support.
• Partners with cross-functional IT and business groups to support changes, resolve issues.
• Works with vendor and IT administrators to tune application and infrastructure.
• Understands business configurations, processes, and uses advanced knowledge of the application and industry best practices for improvement and troubleshooting.
• Follow change control methodology in day-to-day activities.
• Provides appropriate training, knowledge sharing as needed.
• Act as the DC s liaison to IT and to VS s WMS vendor:
• Maintain action lists and issues logs
• Ensures appropriate response and urgency to issues Other Functions:
• Report project status and issues to Manager Warehouse Management and Director, as necessary.
• Performs other duties as required

Education

• Bachelor s degree
• Masters preferred.
