Domain Knowledge Prerequisites
- Retail and corporate banking regulatory and reporting needs
- Retail and corporate banking enrollment processes
- Retail and corporate banking loan origination processes
- Retail and corporate banking loan servicing and collection processes
Technical Knowledge Prerequisites
- Experience in various banking software solutions either having worked in a bank or a vendor who provides banking software
- Experience in CRM systems and experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Knowledge of internet and mobile banking solutions is a plus
Role Responsibilities – Product Development
- Learning the companys solutions and the platforms which they are based on.
- Identifying, analysing, and managing product backlog and new features.
- Reviewing existing solutions and identifying areas of improvement.
- Coordinating with product developers and testers and making sure the requirements are clearly understood.
- Testing, preparing data and reviewing developed features and ensuring implementation quality prior to release.
- Creating/updating solutions documentation including Systems Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, Screen Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, User Guides, User Manuals, Whitepapers, and other documents as and when required.
- Creating/updating training material, including documents, presentations, and video recordings on domain-specific topics as well as the companys different solutions
Role Responsibilities – Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing Support
- Supporting sales and pre-sales teams in responding to product queries and RFPs.
- Participating in proposal defence and POCs including requirements analysis, use case definition, implementation review, presentation preparation, and delivery of the presentation and final solution.
- Delivering presentations and solution demonstration to clients and partners.
Role Responsibilities Projects Support
- Providing support to project teams with their inquires on our solutions.
- Assisting in analysis of requirements received from clients and proposing solutions in coordination with relevant product managers.
- Review of project documents to ensure requirements are in line with the solution and platform capabilities.
