Work Experience : 9-12 years of industry experience with 4-6 years of relevant experience in telecom domain
Job Objective : Head Business Analyst is a vital role in any organization to ensure the customer business requirements are fulfilled, customer satisfaction and achieving Company’s goals. This role is mostly focused to bridge the communicationunderstanding of a given business requirement to technical capability of the product.
As a Head of Business Analysis you will be responsible for the BA function and will lead a team of BAs who will be responsible for :
– Engaging with Customers to understand their ecosystem, business needs , their road map and propose appropriate solutions to fulfill their business needs and add revenue growth
– Gathering the business requirement from customers and translating to technical functional requirements and sharing it with product teams.
– Being the only channel to be responsible for evaluating the change request, follow CCB process to validate the requirement feasibility and fitment.
– Actively participating in RFPRFI submissions, technical defense meetings, Customer Demos, Infra sizing, etc
– Supporting sales and business teams technically to present product capabilities and get customers confidence.
Desired Profile :
– Good understanding of messaging products and Telco networks.
– Understanding on 3gg45g networks.
– Should have knowledge on the technical aspects of physical, virtual and public cloud sizing.
– Experience in managing a team of Business Analysts
– Good communication and collaboration skills should be demonstrated during the internal and external stakeholder engagements.
– Excellent documentation skills.
– Knowledge & experience of using UML for sequence diagrams & use case creation.
– Proficiency of MS-Office, Visio, JIRA, wire-framing tools like marvel, moqps, Balsamiq.
